1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AsiaMedHub website at asiamedhub.com and all services offered through it. By browsing the site, submitting an enquiry, booking an appointment, or purchasing a service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Who We Are and What We Do

AsiaMedHub is a medical travel coordination and facilitation service. We help international patients arrange access to hospitals, clinics, and licensed physicians in China. We are not a hospital, clinic, insurer, or healthcare provider. We do not diagnose conditions, prescribe medication, perform procedures, or practise medicine in any form. All medical decisions, diagnoses, and treatments are made solely by the licensed healthcare professionals who treat you. Our role is limited to coordination: matching you with providers, arranging appointments, assisting with travel and interpretation, and supporting your follow-up after you return home.

Information published on this website, including hospital and physician profiles, treatment descriptions, articles, and answers generated by our enquiry assistant, is provided for general information only. It is not medical advice and must not be used as a substitute for consultation with a qualified physician. Never delay seeking professional medical advice because of something you have read on this site. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.

4. Eligibility and Your Responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to use our services. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself and your medical history.
• Supply genuine medical records, test results, and imaging. We are not responsible for outcomes resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information you provide.
• Comply with the laws and visa requirements of the People's Republic of China and of your country of residence.
• Make your own independent decision about whether to travel and undergo treatment, after consulting qualified medical professionals.

5. Quotations, Booking and Payment

All prices displayed on this website are quoted in United States dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. Coordination service fees are payable in advance. Hospital and physician fees are quoted separately and are payable directly to the treating institution, unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing. A booking is confirmed only after we have received your payment and issued a written confirmation. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to decline or cancel any booking where we are unable to provide the service safely or lawfully.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms are set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary: coordination service fees are refundable on a sliding scale depending on how much work has already been performed; fees for work already delivered, such as translated records or a completed video consultation, are not refundable; and hospital or physician fees are governed by the rules of the treating institution.

7. Medical Fees and Third-Party Costs

The cost of medical treatment is charged by the hospital or clinic, not by us, and we do not mark up medical fees. You are responsible for all medical fees, medication costs, accommodation, flights, visas, insurance, and any other third-party costs, whether paid directly or through us as your agent. Any estimate we provide is indicative only and is not a fixed quotation; final charges are determined by the treating institution after examination.

8. Privacy and Your Information

We handle your personal and medical information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using our services you consent to that handling, including the sharing of your medical records with the hospitals and physicians you ask us to approach.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, page layouts, and software, is owned by AsiaMedHub or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or redistribute our content without our prior written permission.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

We provide our coordination services with reasonable skill and care, but we do not warrant any particular medical outcome. Treatment results depend on clinical factors that are outside our control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the acts or omissions of hospitals, clinics, or physicians; for any medical outcome; or for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount of the coordination service fee you paid to us for the service concerned. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our services shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent court in Beijing, China. Where you are a consumer resident in another jurisdiction, this clause does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you under the law of your country of residence.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version takes effect when it is published on this page, and the last updated date will be changed accordingly. Your continued use of our services after publication constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
