Beijing Geriatric Hospital

Founded in 1949, this is China first tertiary general hospital specializing in geriatric medicine. Its Cognitive Impairment Center was once the only municipal hospital in Beijing dedicated to Alzheimer disease patients. In February 2026, it launched Beijing first Active Health & Anti-Aging Medical Center focused on slowing the aging process from the source. Its Palliative Care Center is also highly regarded for providing dignified, pain-minimized end-of-life care.
