Zhang Shuyang

Current President of PUMCH and a dual leader in complex cardiovascular diseases and rare diseases. She led the establishment of China's first national rare disease registration platform and database, and edited the first National Rare Disease Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines, training over 100,000 primary care physicians nationwide. In cardiology, she established standardized cardiac interventional treatment protocols and promoted the green channel for rapid myocardial infarction rescue. Whether it's the most challenging cardiomyopathy or rare conditions like Fabry disease, she has the expertise to manage them effectively.
